Where is packet pick-up located?
Packet pick-up will be located at The Historic 1812 Battlefield in Sackets Harbor, NY. Race participants can pick-up their packets from 11:00a.m.- 4:00p.m on Saturday, August 31st
What if I am unable to pick-up my packet?
In the event that you cannot pick-up your packet, you may pick it up from 6:00 a.m.-7:00a.m. on race morning at the information tent.
Can someone else pick-up my packet?
You may have a friend or family member pick-up your packet, but you must make sure that you fill out and sign the race waiver. Make sure they bring this and a signed note from you with a copy of your photo ID.
Can I transfer my registration?
Race transfers are available but should be done by August 1st. Race transfers must be done by written request. There is a $10.00 transfer/processing fee. Email lrobare@ ymail.com to request a race transfer form.
Are refunds available?
We do not offer refunds or deferments. If you are unable to participate and do not wish to pick-up your race shirt and goody bag, you may transfer your registration to another runner. Transfer made before August 1, 2019 can be done without charge. After August 1st, there is a $10.00 processing/ bib transfer charge.
Can I switch from one race to another?
Yes, you may switch events but you should do so before August 1st. Race participants who make changes at the expo will receive the medal they originally registered for. Medals may be switched at the end of the event (if additional medals in that category are available).

May I use a baby jogger, MP3 player or I-Pod, roller blades, scooter, headphones or ear buds?
Baby joggers, roller blades and scooters are prohibited. MP3 players, iPods, headphones or ear buds are strongly discouraged by our insurance provider.
How long do I have to complete the race?
The course will be partially secured and staffed by our volunteers for 4 hours. There will be two checkpoints along the course that will require participants to meet at least a 13:30 minute/mile pace. Any participants that do not meet these requirements must board a sweep vehicle or continue on as a pedestrian.
What gels/liquids will be on the course?
There will be 10 aid stations along the route. Gatorade and water will be available at each station. PowerGels will be available at the mid-way point.
Is there a way that I can insert a product sample or coupon in the participants' goody bag?
